The Diabetes Youth Foundation of Indiana is looking for fun, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our summer staff! Camp is a great opportunity to build life skills, have fun, create lasting friendships, and be a role model for the younger generation.

Junior Counselors (Ages 16-17): Are responsible for assisting counselors, various camp duties, and oversight of campers.
Counselors (Ages 18+): Are responsible for oversight of campers, provide leadership for cabin, work alongside medical staff, participate in all camp activities, and create a positive camp environment.
Instructors (Ages 21+): Include Diabetes Education, Nature Center, Arts & Crafts, Ropes; For more information, please contact Emily Butera at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lifeguards (Ages 18+, 21+): Are responsible for camper and staff safety during pool time, various pool duties, and assist with daily logs. Must be certified.

To be considered for a position with the DYFI, you must submit your application and 3 references prior to March 1st. All staff must be available during the entire month of June; any exceptions must be approved by the director.
